Your data is intended solely for KROMAA. It is never sold or passed on. It is processed by three technical providers: Resend (email delivery and management of the Circle list), Vercel (hosting and audience measurement) and Umami (audience measurement).

Resend and Vercel are established in the United States: your data may be processed there, under the contractual safeguards offered by these providers.

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or portability, restriction of its processing, or object to it, by writing to kromaa.art@gmail.com. A reply will be given within one month.

Every Circle email contains an unsubscribe link.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence (in France, the CNIL).
