Seller
Think Twice Cut Once Consulting LTD — BRN C25221578 — Grand Baie 30513, Mauritius — kromaa.art@gmail.com.
Scope
These terms apply to any acquisition of an original KROMAA artwork agreed after a direct exchange with the artist (contact form, email or studio appointment).
Artworks
Each artwork is a unique piece, signed by the artist and delivered with a certificate of authenticity. Photographs are as faithful as possible; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.
Prices and orders
Prices are given on request, in euros, excluding shipping and any import taxes. The sale is concluded upon the seller’s written confirmation and receipt of payment.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer, as set out in the order confirmation. The artwork remains the seller’s property until full payment is received.
Reservation
An artwork may be reserved upon payment of a deposit, the amount and terms of which are agreed in writing. It is then withdrawn from sale until the balance is paid and the work is shipped. An artwork may also be shown as reserved when it is committed to an exhibition or an auction.
Shipping and delivery
Artworks are packed with the greatest care and shipped from the studio by a specialist carrier. Each shipment is insured for the value of the artwork until it is handed over to the buyer. Transport and insurance costs are borne by the buyer: they are communicated as a quotation, together with delivery times, before the sale is concluded. The buyer may also arrange for the artwork to be collected at the studio by a carrier of their choice; the artwork then travels at their own risk.
Any customs duties and local taxes are payable by the buyer.
Receipt
The buyer should inspect the artwork on delivery and report any damage to the carrier and the seller within 48 hours, with photographs.
Right of withdrawal
Where applicable law provides for it, consumer buyers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, returning the artwork in its original packaging and perfect condition at their own cost. This does not apply to commissioned works made to the buyer’s specifications.
Copyright
Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece, not the reproduction rights, which remain the exclusive property of the artist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s country of residence. An amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
